It reduce skin elasticity behavior. We need stand straight after the we need to bend the body like sitting in chair and raise the hands. After 3 to 4 seconds again come back to straight. Like this we have to 3 to 4 times.

Purvottanasana


Using this your body become strong. We need put hands behind,put the face towards sky, now total body will take base on hands. Like this we have to do 3 to 4 times per day.
